I hereby give permission to Lilly's Photography by Liliana Serna to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and parent of the minor, I fully understand the terms of this release.

Proof photographs are to be delivered to Client between 2-3 weeks Minimum (Excludes weekends/Holidays) * HOLIDAY SEASON proofs can take longer due to Christmas session. 4-5 weeks

The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services

The Session fee plus taxes is non-refundable if the Client does not meet the cancellation policy of 48hr notice. It can be applied towards another session. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.

Proof photographs shall be delivered to the Client on a slide show through Lilly’s Photography website. The client shall provide the Photographer with a written list of the proof images from which final photographs are to be prepared, and specify the number and format(s) of the final photograph to be delivered for each proof image. If Client takes longer to provide this information the longer the time frame for returning edited photographs of session.

The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer's direction

The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays. Applicable Law.

Outside sessions

Lilly's Photography is not responsible for any injuries, falls, bites, or any other injuries caused to Client or clients while doing an outside session.

Balance

If Balance is not paid in full with taxes images will not be given until the amount is paid in full, (NO sneak Peaks), There is absolutely NO REFUNDS on sessions. You agree NOT to file any dispute charges through any financial institutions. Credit card payment will acquire a 3% fee from tot

Cake Smashes

There is NO refund on any cake smash sessions, the cake is considered a good, my services have been rendered. If you do NOT select your images before the album expires you must do so in order to obtain your images. If I have to reopen a gallery there is a $50 plus tax charge. It is the clients responsibility to select the images not Lilly's Photography.

Rescheduling

cake smashes are NOT RESCHEDULE due to the cake being made for that specific date, a week notice must be given if need to cancel. A rescheduling fee of $75 plus tax will be added if having to change dates. If it's a newborn/milestone or family session a $50 plus tax rescheduling fee will be added if not given a 48 hr notice

Session

For Newborn session please follow the guidelines to ensure the baby is ready for his/her session, If extra feeding needs to be done or soothing that is time from session.

Weekend session

If your session is on a weekend there is a fee of $100 plus tax

EDITING

Editing will be done on all images, blemishes, lighting, cropping, jaundice in babies. Any other extensive editing, slimming, make up adjusting, tattoo removal, eye or hair color and or any other body/ background modifications will be an additional extra charge.

Please wear the appropriate clothing for your sessions, changing of colors for clothing or adjusting accessories will not be edited.
Newborn editing consist of, skin smoothing, redness removal, color adjustments, if baby has a rash please let me know prior to our session.
*Client is responsible for selecting their images in a timely manner. A fee will be charged of $50 plus tax for having to reopen or upload albums again, if you loose your files there is a fee for retrieval not all files will be available, make sure you SAVE files correctly.
*Rush fee is $150 plus tax (for the amount of images in the package, extra images will be $15 plus tax each additional rush plus the $25 plus tax for additional image) for Cake Smashes, milestones, family, maternity

*EDITING DURING OCTOBER-DECEMBER*

As we enter holiday season editing times can get longer than my regular turnaround time (2-3 weeks) it can be (3-5) weeks depending on amount of sessions, a rush fee of $150 plus tax or $200 plus tax plus tax can be added to your session if you need them sooner.

The amount of time that you are late is the amount of time that will be deducted from your session, please be on time. If there is an emergency please contact me directly.

Extra precautions are being taken, if anyone in your family as traveled, is ill of feels ill please refrain from bring them, everyone’s safety is my number one concern. We can always reschedule to when it is safe, at no additional cost regarding (Newborn, maternity, family, milestone sessions) For cake smashes please contact me as soon as possible
